How to Register
To register for the 4th International Conference of the International Association of Transvoice Surgeons, please complete the online Registration Form. The
process consists of three easy steps:
- Fill out the Personal Data Form and receive a password
- Click the Registration Button and choose your registration fee.
- Pay online via debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in Euros (€) by one of the following methods.
1. Credit or Debit Card (Preferred Option)
For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System accessible with the password received upon registration. The system accepts the following cards: MasterCard, Eurocard, and Visa.
2. Bank Transfer
When making an international wire transfer via SWIFT, please note that banks may charge additional fees. Ensure you add the commission fee to your
transfer amount so the full registration fee is received. All banking fees incurred will be the responsibility of the sender.

Final Invoice
A final invoice will be sent automatically to your email within 14 days of receiving your payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@IATVS2025.com. Cancellations made by phone will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
- Until August 31, 2025 – Full refund of the registration fee.
- From September 1 to October 14, 2025 – 50% refund of the registration fee.
- From October 15, 2025 onwards – No refund available.
Any registration modifications may incur a €30 handling fee.
Name Change Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant.
- To request a name change, send an email to info@IATVS2025.com before October 1, 2025.
- A €30 handling fee will apply to each name change.
- No further name changes will be allowed after the deadline.
